Every plan includes reply detection, ICP scoring, draft generation, and rep handoff. The unit that scales is flagged threads per day — the actual work Enrola does — not a headcount your team didn't ask you to count.

Frequently asked questions
A flagged thread is any inbound prospect reply in your connected inbox or CRM that hasn't received a follow-up action (email sent, task created, CRM stage change) within your configured detection threshold. The default is 48 hours, but you can set it to 24h, 72h, or any custom value per campaign.
Yes. The 48-hour default is workspace-wide, but you can override it per campaign or per inbox connection. If your sales cycle is faster-paced, you might set 24h. If you're running long ABM plays, 72h might be appropriate. The threshold is just when Enrola starts ICP-scoring the thread — you can also set a minimum ICP score for drafts to be generated.
Enrola never sends email directly. Approved drafts are placed in the rep's Gmail/Outlook drafts folder or CRM task queue for final review. The rep sends from their own account — Enrola's name never appears in the email chain. This preserves relationship authenticity and keeps your deliverability reputation clean.
For HubSpot: company properties (industry, number of employees, annual revenue, lifecycle stage) and contact properties (job title, seniority). For Salesforce: Account fields (Industry, NumberOfEmployees, AnnualRevenue, Type) and Contact/Lead fields (Title, Department). You configure which fields map to your ICP dimensions during onboarding. Read-only OAuth access — Enrola never writes to your CRM unless you explicitly enable the CRM-logging feature.
Yes — every new account gets a 14-day free trial at Growth plan features. No credit card required. After 14 days you can choose which plan to continue with, or reach out to us if you need a custom evaluation period for a larger rollout.
On cancellation, your account is downgraded to a read-only state for 30 days so you can export any data you need. After 30 days, all your data — email thread content, drafted messages, ICP configurations — is deleted from our systems. We hold no data beyond 30 days post-cancellation. This is in line with our commitments under the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
